About the Role
The Caregiver will report to the Health & Wellness Director and is responsible for assisting residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in their care plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as outlined in their care plan.
- Maintain the safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of all residents.
- Escort residents to meals and activities.
- Ensure all assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed and groomed, safe, and fed during assigned shifts.
- Document all services provided to assigned residents during the shift.
- Report any change of condition in a resident immediately to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid.
- Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population, preferred dementia experience.
- Associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
- Associate must be able to talk, hear, and smell.
- Ability to lift or carry weight up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to use proper body mechanics.
- Intermittent physical activity includes lifting and supporting residents.

- Regular Part Time - Scheduled less Than 30 at Least 22.5 Per Week

Salary/Compensations
- $21.00 Hourly
