About the Role

Sodexo Live! seeks an Area Executive Chef to oversee culinary operations nationally for Chase Sapphire Lounges. This role involves significant travel to support existing locations and new openings, focusing on delivering fine-dining experiences in a travel oasis environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-lounge culinary operations oversight within the Chase Sapphire portfolio.
• Conduct in-unit culinary training, menu development, writing, and roll-outs.
• Ensure culinary compliance and adherence to safety and sanitation practices.
• Deliver fine-dining experiences within a thoughtfully designed travel oasis.
• Communicate effectively with clients, internal management, and unit staff.
• Implement culinary standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of functional experience.

Skills

• Strong culinary background (upscale, multi-unit preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to stay current with new culinary trends.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
