About the Role
SYSTRA Canada is seeking a Project Technical Coordinator to support various projects in Toronto. This role involves coordinating multi-site production, harmonizing deliverables, and facilitating interfaces with project management, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring technical progress, schedule, cost compliance, and deliverable quality.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor multi-site technical production across SYSTRA’s engineering centres.
- Participate in follow-up and coordination meetings with project management and the client.
- Organize and streamline information flow to production teams.
- Propose, implement, and animate coordination tools to foster collaboration within SYSTRA.
- Supervise and harmonize technical deliverables across all stakeholders.
- Coordinate related activities with stakeholders (SYSTRA internal teams, subcontractors).
- Ensure compliance with and control of commitments (scope, schedule, costs).
- Develop, update, and distribute procedures and production templates related to activities.
- Ensure effective communication of information to production teams.
- Monitor the production of technical deliverables and support coordination of teams in addressing client comments.
- Ensure technical deliverables comply with contractual requirements and applicable standards.
- Monitor interfaces and overall coherence of the production.
- Organize and lead technical production progress meetings.
- Participate in follow-up and coordination meetings with the Manager and produce minutes.
- Provide regular progress reporting on the production of technical deliverables.
Requirements
- Member of PEO or eligible for membership.
- Experience in configuration management and technical documentation (traceability, version control, writing standards).
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Clear communication, active listening, and team collaboration.
- Rigour, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Salary/Compensations
- CAD 80,000 - 110,000 annually
