Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, including requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation optimization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver tailored business solutions that advance operational and financial goals.
• Define, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for NetSuite modules and customizations, ensuring alignment with ERP best practices.
• Design and implement system integrations, customizations, and workflow automations to streamline and scale business operations.
• Enable client end users and internal team members through training, knowledge transfer, and hands-on support with NetSuite functionality.
• Stay ahead of new features, product updates, and industry best practices to recommend proactive system enhancements.
• Contribute to internal practice growth by building solution accelerators, reusable assets, and providing pre-sales support.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and stakeholders, delivering timely updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT, related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including leading and supporting implementations.
• Proficiency with NetSuite BI tools, including Dashboard creation and publishing, Saved Searches, and Reports, Financial Reports, and Suite Analytics.
• Experience with NetSuite features and related add-ons such as ARM, Multi-Book, WMS, Manufacturing Mobile, RF-SMART, NetGain, and others.
• NetSuite certifications, such as, SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Administrator or NetSuite ERP Consultant certifications.
• Strong functional understanding of financial processes and operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with up to 50% in-office or client-site presence.

• Colorado: $102,500 - $139,700
• Washington, Illinois, New York, Southern California: $112,800 - $153,700
• Northern California: $117,900 - $160,600
• Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
