About the Role
Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Strategy Officer, complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting and more. Support day-to-day administrative needs for the Advertising, Creator and Content Network leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings across multiple departments, labels, and external partners while balancing shifting priorities and competing schedules.
- Prepare and update tracking documents for Content, Creator and Advertising Campaigns.
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up action items for executive meetings and strategic initiatives.
- Process expense reports and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Track department budgets, vendor paperwork, purchase orders, and administrative documentation as needed.
- Assist in planning team meetings, offsites, executive presentations, and special events.
- Provide additional project support and administrative assistance as business priorities evolve.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of executive or administrative support experience, preferably in music, media, entertainment, advertising, or a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Experience managing complex executive calendars and travel arrangements.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
- Positive, adaptable attitude with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to changing priorities.
