About the Role
The Platform Operations Specialist supports Bluespring Wealth Partners by assisting with operational initiatives, firm onboarding, process execution, and platform adoption. This role collaborates with internal teams and partner firms to ensure a consistent operational experience and support firm growth and integration.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational initiatives across Bluespring firms.
- Assist with execution of operational projects and process improvements.
- Track and follow up on operational requests, issues, and action items.
- Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and knowledge resources.
- Coordinate with shared services teams to support timely issue resolution.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates.
- New hire onboarding support
- Maintain operational trackers and reporting tools.
- Support data collection, validation, and reporting activities.
- Assist with testing and validation of operational processes and technology enhancements.
- Escalate issues and risks identified during day-to-day operations.
- Support partner firms in understanding and utilizing approved platform tools.
- Help develop training materials, guides, and resource documentation.
- Gather feedback from firms and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Promote consistent use of operational best practices.
Requirements

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Collaborative and customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra.
- Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP.
