About the Role
Camellia Place of Woodstock is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to senior residents. This role offers a supportive environment to practice CNA skills within a team that values accountability, culture, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care in accordance with CNA scope of practice
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Measure and document vital signs and resident observations
- Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Support mobility, transfers, and safety
- Document care accurately and timely
- Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- Active CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, dependable mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
