About the Role

As a Product Experience Operations Coordinator on the Prediction Markets Team, you'll be central to one of FanDuel's newest and fastest-growing product lines. You will ensure the Prediction Markets experience is sharp, timely, and unmistakably FanDuel. Your primary focus will be the day-to-day execution and merchandising of the product, building out contracts and event pages, and ensuring the site reflects real-time happenings. You'll collaborate with Product, Trading, and Tech partners to maintain smooth operations and shape supporting tools and processes as the product scales. This is a ground-floor opportunity with significant room for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Merchandise and optimize Prediction Markets contracts and pages around live games, storylines, and marquee sporting moments to keep the experience engaging and relevant.
  • Monitor live sporting events and site performance in real time, adjusting content as games and news develop.
  • Ensure on-site content is accurate, timely, and aligned with what sports fans care about that day.
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech partners to improve tooling, workflows, and processes supporting Prediction Markets.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues swiftly to protect the customer experience.
  • Support cross-functional teams in aligning on requirements, strategies, and priorities across sports and leagues.
  • Help document formats, rules, and processes to establish long-term operational standards for a still-forming product.
  • Identify and escalate bugs and issues raised by customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve processes to drive efficiency and support the product's growth.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of major sports leagues, with a genuine interest in prediction markets and event-based contracts.
  • Strong organizational & documentation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive and excited to build and shape an innovative, emerging product within FanDuel.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to improving the user experience.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of partners and stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach to decision making and problem solving.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holiday shifts as sports demand.
  • Prior experience in operations, product, or content management preferred.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, Tableau, etc) a plus.

Salary/Compensations

  • $26.92 - $33.65 USD per hour
