About the Role

As a Vehicle Transporter, you will be home daily, moving cars between production facilities and delivery hubs for safe and timely customer car delivery. We offer competitive pay per mile with bonus opportunities including night route differential, quarterly bonuses, and extra day pay.

Responsibilities

• Maintain courteous and professional behavior and appearance
• Load and secure vehicles on 9-car haulers
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain driver log
• Transport vehicles between Carvana locations
• Adhere to the delivery schedule
• Maintain a clean driving record and Class A CDL
• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of customer cars
• Communicate with the transportation team
• Walk 75 feet and climb a 10-foot ladder
• Bend, kneel, twist, squat, stand, and climb as required to secure load
• Perform tasks involving standing, stretching, walking, stooping, pushing, and/or pulling in an outdoor environment
• Utilize safety equipment including non-slip shoes, gloves, and other protective garments and equipment
• Drive frequently

Requirements

• Valid CDL driver's license with Med Card
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• 6 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or equivalent military experience
• Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
