About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor at Joe & The Juice, you will help keep the heartbeat of the store alive by leading the vibe, ensuring smooth operations, strong delegation, and team support. You will maintain high energy, sharp standards, and a top-notch guest experience, supporting store management and helping juicers grow.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the Daily Concept Workflow is followed by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering feedback.
- Supervise and delegate daily checklists using the task-monitoring system.
- Keep the store clean, safe, and up to Pink Standards, reporting any issues promptly.
- Support new juicers through the global training mantra: Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
- Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions.
- Handle in-store feedback with a professional and guest-first approach.
- Monitor commercial targets throughout the shift.
- Manage deliveries and report accurately.
- Guide the team in supporting store sales performance.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure
- Passion for people, service, and personal growth
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift between 50 and 60 lbs.
- Must be able to perform bending, stooping, crouching, and squatting movements.
- Must be able to safely handle and use sharp objects.
- Must be able to work near and operate a hot grill.
