About the Role

The Jr. Marketing & Design Specialist supports digital and print marketing initiatives through graphic design and basic HTML development. This role assists in creating visually engaging marketing materials, digital content, and branded communications that align with CCM standards. This position operates within Eastern Standard Time Zone working hours to support the East Coast region.

Responsibilities

  • Design and send marketing emails (basic HTML editing required).
  • Develop print materials and other branded assets.
  • Collaborate with a large, dynamic team to support ongoing marketing projects.
  • Troubleshoot and solve creative challenges while maintaining project goals and deadlines.
  • Create social media graphics and digital assets.
  • Assist with brand consistency across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on various ongoing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated design skills through education, training, or professional experience.
  • Applicants must provide work samples and professional references relevant to their experience and qualifications.

Skills

  • Email marketing experience, preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML.
  • Advanced understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
  • Skilled at managing responsibilities in an organized manner and adapting to new processes and skills.
  • Skilled at working independently and managing multiple tasks.
  • Skilled at working effectively in a collaborative and professional environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (specifically Illustrator & Photoshop).
