About the Role
Owns a high-impact, cross-functional product domain, guiding strategic direction and tactical execution. Acts as a product leader, aligning teams, coaching peers, and influencing executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead product vision, strategy and long-term roadmap for high-priority, complex product areas based on stakeholder needs and business benefits.
- Drive alignment across development, technology, marketing, and other cross-functional partners.
- Use data to inform decisions and validate hypotheses through experimentation and analysis.
- Deliver measurable impact through well-executed product launches and continuous iteration.
- Translate market and customer insights into a compelling roadmap and actionable plans.
- Represent the voice of the customer at every stage of product development.
- Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to company-wide product direction and prioritization.
- Serve as a thought leader within the product organization and mentor other product managers.
Requirements
- Minimum - 8 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Product Management or related
- Preferred - 8 (specific domain)
- 10 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Product Management or related within [specific domain] (In Lieu of Education)
- Adhere to and ensure compliance of all business transactions with policy and process of the Bank Secrecy Act.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, company procedures and policies.
- Maintains integrity and ethics in all actions and conversations with or regarding credit union members and their accounts; complies with Privacy Act directives.

Salary/Compensations
- $106,500.00 to $182,600.00 Annually
