About the Role
The Hospice Business Development Liaison expands hospice care services by building relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations. This role identifies new business opportunities, ensures seamless patient transitions, and advocates for hospice services to enhance patient access to end-of-life care.
Responsibilities
- Establish new referral relationships and present Choice Hospice’s care model to become the provider of choice.
- Ensure agency growth by serving the elderly, chronically ill, seriously ill, their families, and their clinicians.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws related to agency marketing.
- Establish a public relations program to interpret agency services and foster good working relations with physicians and community agencies.
- Meet and exceed monthly admission goals.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid Auto Insurance
Skills
- Home health or hospice sales experience preferred
- HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred
Experience Level
- Minimum of 2 years home health or hospice sales experience preferred
