About the Role
David Zwirner is seeking an Operations Intern to work alongside our Operations team. Qualified candidates should be highly organized, responsible, and motivated, with an interest in gaining experience in the day-to-day functions of a professional office environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Monitor and restock office supplies, track inventory levels, and ensure necessary items are ordered.
- Manage the ordering, tracking, and restocking of food and beverages for shared kitchen areas.
- Greet and assist visitors and staff at the front desk, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support the operations team.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to provide a positive and professional front desk experience.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
- Proficient in Google Suite.
- Comfortable using office equipment.
- Must be a resident of NY, NJ, or CT.
- Commitment of at least 3 months.
