About the Role
Standard Fleet is seeking a RevOps Associate to build and manage the revenue engine that powers their growth. This role involves owning customer relationships, pipeline reporting, forecasting, CRM management, deal support, and automating operational tasks. The position offers exposure to go-to-market projects and commercial strategy, with significant ownership and the opportunity to build processes from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with a portfolio of current customers, proactively managing account health, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain pipeline reporting, including weekly/monthly views of current-new pipeline, coverage, aging, and risks.
- Own current-customer forecasting, ensuring accuracy for leadership visibility.
- Manage CRM organization and hygiene for net-new sales.
- Build sales decks and supporting materials to facilitate deal progression.
- Directly close smaller, simpler net-new deals.
- Identify and build automations for repetitive operational tasks.
- Support the Head of Sales and CEO on go-to-market projects and commercial strategy initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in high-performance environments (consulting, investment banking, or startups) with a track record of execution.
- Comfortable owning relationships with existing customers and identifying growth opportunities.
- Structured and detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining CRM accuracy and sharp presentations.
- Systems-minded with an instinct to automate manual and repetitive tasks.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and build processes independently.
- Clear communicator capable of creating leadership-usable materials and reporting.
- Desire for exposure to go-to-market and commercial strategy beyond pure operations.
