About the Role

The Data Management team is responsible for developing, governing, and operationalizing IQVIA Digital's industry-leading healthcare and consumer data assets, which serve as the foundation for our products, analytics, business intelligence, and AI-enabled solutions. This role will focus on building and managing a team of data experts to design and implement DataMarts that integrate both structured and unstructured data sources.
Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of BI professionals and data engineers.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Define and execute the BI roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable DataMarts and data models.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and security standards are met.
- Drive integration of structured and unstructured data sources into BI solutions.
- Leverage advanced analytics and AI tools to enhance insights and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable dashboards and reports.
- Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
- Communicate complex data insights in a clear, business-friendly manner.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing BI teams.
- Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and DataMart design.
- Familiarity with AI/ML solutions and their application in BI.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
- Strong understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks.
