About the Role
Brookfield Residential is seeking an energetic, highly organized Sales Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our Sales & Marketing team. This role blends sales administration, marketing support, and field training to ensure our sales organization has the tools, knowledge, and support necessary to deliver exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Sales with day-to-day operational initiatives.
- Maintain sales reports and dashboards within CRM.
- Assist with sales meeting preparation, agendas, presentations, and follow-up.
- Maintain sales documentation and operational procedures.
- Coordinate onboarding for all new Sales Managers.
- Deliver training on Brookfield sales processes, CRM systems, technology platforms, and operational procedures.
- Maintain training materials, videos, playbooks, and learning modules.
- Coordinate ongoing product knowledge training.
- Audit CRM usage and coach associates on best practices.
- Serve as the division "super user" for CRM platforms and sales technology.
- Support rollout of new sales tools and operational initiatives.
- Partner with Marketing to execute community launches, grand openings, broker events, VIP events, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain pricing sheets, feature sheets, floor plans, and community collateral.
- Coordinate signage, photography, and virtual tours.
- Support MLS listings and inventory additions and changes.
- Assist with digital content updates and website accuracy.
- Serve as the primary owner of Brookfield Residential's pre-panel specification process from sales release through construction start.
- Coordinate all pre-panel specification requirements with the Sales, Design Studio, Purchasing, Starts, and Construction teams to ensure homes are released accurately and on schedule.
- Facilitate timely cross-functional communication to resolve discrepancies, missing information, or conflicts before homes enter production.
- Lead regular pre-panel coordination meetings with internal departments to review upcoming starts, identify risks, and ensure readiness.
- Ensure specification packages are complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards before release to Purchasing and Starts.
- Develop and maintain standardized workflows, checklists, and operating procedures that improve efficiency, accountability, and consistency across the pre-panel process.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in sales environment, with emphasis on residential new construction, real estate related industries.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to multi-task while meeting various deadlines
- Advanced computer applications, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficiency in Sales Force and Newstar
