About the Role
As an AI Advisory Consultant, you will be central to client engagements, working with a Principal to produce research, synthesis, impact sizing, and workshop materials. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the engagement, ensuring timelines and coordination across teams are maintained, acting as the primary point of contact for project status. This role is a direct path into the AI Advisory Principal track.
Responsibilities
- Deliver core advisory work, including market research, impact sizing, synthesis, and workshop materials.
- Manage engagement timelines, trackers, and coordination across Solutions Engineering and Design.
- Weave technical and feasibility findings into client readouts for a cohesive narrative.
- Develop research and materials to support pre-sales conversations and build vertical thought leadership.
- Document debrief notes, findings, and structured hand-offs to improve the advisory playbook.
- Identify opportunities for automation and templatization within team workflows, building AI-powered solutions.
- Set up baseline measurement and tracking for engagement processes.
Requirements
- Consultant equivalent experience at a Tier 1 firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG ideally) with 3+ years of work experience.
- Experience on AI strategy or transformation projects is strongly preferred.
- A track record of structured, analytics-driven problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce clean, exec-ready first drafts.
- Demonstrated diligence and organization across multiple workstreams.
- Technical credibility with the ability to question engineering leads on architecture and accuracy.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI in daily work, with concrete examples of using AI tools to increase efficiency.
- Commercial instinct, with the ability to articulate ROI and identify upsell opportunities.
- Willingness to travel 30-60 percent, including international trips.
