About the Role
Main-Care Energy is seeking career-minded, full-time HVAC service and installation technicians to join their team. This role involves safely transporting and delivering propane fuel, performing maintenance, diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems, and installing new HVAC equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform annual preventative maintenance checks and tune-ups
- Diagnose and repair service issues with oil, propane, and natural gas-fired heating and water-heating equipment
- Diagnose and repair service issues with central A/C and mini-split systems
- Perform HVAC system installations
- Perform Tank Sure warranty tank testing
- Keep company vehicle and customer’s work area clean and safe
- Safely transport and deliver propane fuel to residential and commercial customers
- Ensure timely, professional service while adhering to all safety and regulatory guidelines related to propane handling and vehicle operation
Requirements
- HVAC experience in service and installations preferred, willing to train
- Great attitude
- Clean driving record
- Some overtime is necessary (occasional nights/weekends)
Skills
- Propane CETP certification a plus
- Great communication skills
- EPA Certification a plus
