Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Partner Technical Solutions Consultant with German and English, based in Bulgaria. Responsibilities

Assist partners with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via ticketing system and regular outbound calls
Deliver outstanding partner service
Achieve great customer experience and satisfaction
Identify and understand partner needs
Work as a trusted point of contact for partners
Help resolve technical challenges
Provide product expertise
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions

Requirements

Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if currently living abroad
EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria

Skills

Fluency in German (spoken and written)
Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Interest in technology, software, and technical troubleshooting
Comfortable working with computers, technical platforms, and multiple software applications
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
