About the Role
We are looking for a capable Software Applications Engineer passionate about embedded systems to develop, design, and debug embedded software solutions. This role requires working across the full software product lifecycle, from requirements alignment to release, with a focus on customer user experience and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design, integration, and validation of Complex Device Drivers (CDDs) into customer AUTOSAR systems.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for high-performance Battery Management Solutions (BMS) features integration into the AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) layer.
- Ensure integration meets strict and safety requirements (ISO26262).
- Collaborate directly with customers to define requirements for CDD development, ensuring they meet vehicle-level BMS needs.
- Integrate BMP device CDD into customer systems with AUTOSAR BSW, utilizing MCAL drivers, OS, and RTE.
- Perform CDD Verification to facilitate efficient and scalable system architectures for customer use-cases.
- Lead technical issue analysis, root cause debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ensure compliance with ASPICE guidelines and ISO26262 functional safety standards to achieve customer ASIL goal.
- Partner with Systems and Marketing teams to deliver system solutions, software, collateral documentation, and tools.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including software requirements, design specifications, and test reports.
