About the Role
Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Behavior Analyst in Training for its Rising Stars program, designed for Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) accruing supervision hours. This role offers a guaranteed path to becoming a BCBA with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
- All Restricted hours completed
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
- Shape the minds of children in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old)
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child
- Collaborate with BCBAs and the team
- Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team
