About the Role

This position supports game day Box Office operations, including ticket distribution and sales for sporting and special events for the Army West Point Athletic Association (AWPAA). The role involves direct interaction with the public for ticket sales and requires adherence to department policies and NCAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Transact ticket sales (cash, credit) and distribute complimentary tickets.
  • Provide customer service and assistance related to ticketing for donors and fans on game day.
  • Assist the Army A Club with various events, including Loge entry for football and setup/execution of premium areas for hockey and basketball.
  • Assist customers and/or handicapped patrons with locating assigned seats within the arena.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to work directly with the general public handling basic financial transactions and performing basic office functions.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States of America, without sponsorship.
  • Must be eligible to work on a military installation, including a willingness to submit to a background screen.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
