About the Role
We are looking for a Programmatic Trader to join our Media Delivery Team. This role is responsible for the implementation, optimization, and performance of client campaigns, managing multi-million-pound budgets to ensure the right message reaches the right consumer at the right time. The role also involves providing feedback to Product, Engineering, and Media Inventory Acquisition teams to enhance platform performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the targeting and media strategy of assigned advertiser accounts, inclusive of high-profile clients.
- Deliver, analyse and optimise display, video, audio and CTV campaigns.
- Combine data analysis, technical knowledge, client feedback and market understanding to manage complex campaigns and meet client objectives.
- Act as the interface between the technical and commercial worlds, building relationships with Client Development and Account Management teams.
- Provide insight into campaign delivery and performance, and help shape long-term strategies for program growth.
- Communicate effectively both internally and externally.
- Become a guide in our platforms and processes, collaborating with Product Managers and the Engineering team to improve platform efficiency and usability.
- Maintain an active curiosity about the industry and stay abreast of developments in online marketing.
- Participate in knowledge sharing across the team.
- Act as a go-to team member, assisting new starters and aiding the development of the wider team.
- Take ownership of personal development, seeking learning opportunities and supporting others.
- Contribute to a tight-knit, high-performing team environment.
Requirements
- 1-2 Years of DSP experience, preferably from an ad network or agency.
- Experience successfully running multiple campaigns while meeting critical metrics.
- Understanding of the forecasting process and estimating campaign performance.
- Commitment to seeing tasks through and overcoming challenges.
- Demonstrable interest in digital marketing.
- Rounded understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and current industry trends.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ambition and a desire to learn.
- Numerate.
- Comfortable analyzing multiple metrics to deliver campaigns and achieve success.
- Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage time effectively.
- Curiosity and an interest in problem-solving.
- Pro-active, self-starter thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Experience with SQL.
- Ability to demonstrate analytical and methodical thinking.
