About the Role
The Sales Coordinator will be the organizational core of the Sales Team, ensuring efficiencies, collaboration, implementation of sales tools, deployment of marketing material, and the planning of sales meetings. This role is responsible for ensuring orders from key accounts and liquor boards are efficiently processed, maintaining sales data availability, completing administrative requirements for provincial boards, managing customer account information in the CRM, and supporting sales analysis.
Responsibilities
- Ensure cohesive communication across the sales team.
- Ensure orders from key accounts and liquor boards are received and processed within the appropriate time frame.
- Carry out all administrative requirements for provincial boards including product call submissions and change requests.
- Maintain a high-level overview of the province’s product supply within the distribution warehouses.
- House all provincial sales data and ensure it is accessible to sales team members.
- Create and maintain an up-to-date budget tracker for the provinces.
- Organize, modify, and adjust customer account information within the CRM platform.
- Deploy necessary sales tools for the sales team.
- Ensure all relevant marketing material is created, printed, and shipped in a timely manner.
- Manage the team's group calendar for conference calls, co-travel dates, provincial meetings, and national meetings.
- Receive inbound leads and delegate to the appropriate team member.
- Help coordinate logistics for events, tradeshows, and sponsorship programs.
- Collaborate with the Provincial Manager in planning sales activities and executions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven track record supporting a team in achieving sales quotes and in-store condition KPIs.
- Previous experience communicating with key account contacts and crown corporations.
- Previous experience using and adjusting a sales-focused CRM.
- Previous experience in order taking and overview of inventory management.
- Previous success supporting a sales team, keeping all members organized and up-to-date on sales tools.
- Technologically savvy individual comfortable working in a data-driven environment.
- Proven track record of working remotely and independently.
- Chosen applicant will be required to successfully complete background and reference checks.
