About the Role

As a Planning Supervisor at Zenith, you will provide oversight to the development of media plans that deliver on client objectives, ensuring human insights drive business outcomes. You will manage junior team members, ensuring their deliverables are clear, concise, and accurate. You will collaborate with your Director to develop and sell Zenith and Publicis Media solutions to your clients.

Responsibilities

  • Ongoing direct client contact for assigned brands.
  • Gather and analyze data and human insights to determine client advertising and media needs.
  • Create and present media plans to clients.
  • Analyze media alternatives and recommend optimal budget allocation.
  • Clearly communicate client brand and campaign objectives to the team for insightful and strategic plan delivery.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Media Strategy Planners and Assistants for professional development.
  • Oversee the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of Strategy Planner and Assistants’ work.
  • Coordinate with partner agencies and global counterparts for efficient work streams.
  • Oversee financial processes, ensuring accurate and complete monthly billing and managing discrepancies.
  • Work with the team Director to identify growth areas for assigned clients and effectively sell through Zenith and Publicis Media offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; degree or concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications preferred.
  • Three (3) + years of progressive levels of responsibility in media planning, buying and management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiating skills.
  • Ability to work successfully with teams, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency.
  • Ability to effectively utilize media research and reporting resources.
  • Technical proficiency, particularly with media systems and MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
