About the Role

As a Senior Designer at FBC, you will collaborate with an Interior Designer to create designs, present concepts, close plan reviews, and work with on-site superintendents to execute construction.

Responsibilities

• Capture homeowner’s vision, create and pitch design concepts, and review all closing details of final design.
• Lead and manage an interior designer responsible for construction notes, renderings, and material selection.
• Ensure a delightful client experience throughout the planning process.
• Create innovative designs that inspire homeowners.
• Utilize strong active listening skills to delight homeowners with design plans.
• Attend project closing walks and job completion reviews.
• Achieve design sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Requirements

• 2 plus years of sales-related experience.
• Familiarity with blueprints, construction notes, and communicating estimates.
• Must have a driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
• Achieve a working knowledge of Chief Architect before the start date.
• Possess an unstoppable growth mindset, owning results, prioritizing the team, and speaking as a creator.
• After full onboarding, expected to reach a sales target of $270K per month.

Skills

• Proficiency in a design program (Chief Architect preferred, 20/20, or AutoCAD acceptable).

Salary/Compensations

• $55,000 - $70,000 base salary plus commissions
• Expected commissions: $30,000 - $55,000
• Commissions of 1.6% of contract cost
