About the Role

Contribute to complex analyses and projects involving the design and evaluation of employer health and group benefit programs, focusing on healthcare delivery strategies to improve value and quality within health plans. Interface with vendors and client teams, prepare client deliverables, and contribute to intellectual capital development. Grow knowledge of the healthcare delivery landscape and employer benefits, as well as financial, project management, and communication skills. Work closely with industry leaders as part of a core team of healthcare delivery consultants.

Responsibilities

Conduct analyses using WTW-developed tools and models to evaluate medical cost drivers and provider quality, as well as social and environmental risk factors within a client’s population
Accurately interpret and communicate model output in creating client deliverables
Support the development of tools and models through the collection, review, and organization of large-scale datasets
Participate in regular calls with healthcare delivery vendor partners
Provide quality reviews for technical & consulting accuracy on client projects
Partner with Client Service teams to deliver superior project management
Learn to communicate complex financial/actuarial/analytic results to effectively drive client action
Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
