About the Role
The Coordinator, Partnerships supports the day-to-day execution and growth of OverActive Media's partnership portfolio by coordinating partner activations, managing internal processes, supporting account management, and assisting with new business development. This role requires hands-on execution and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management and execution of assigned partnership accounts across OverActive Media North American properties.
- Coordinate the delivery of sponsorship campaigns across digital, social, content, broadcast, live events, and experiential activations.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Events, Finance, and Team Operations to ensure contractual assets are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Assist with onboarding new partners, managing project timelines, and coordinating internal approvals for partner-facing creative and marketing materials.
- Support live event activations, partner hospitality, and on-site execution when needed.
- Help identify opportunities to enhance partnership programs and support renewal conversations.
- Monitor and track contractual deliverables, maintaining partner workbooks, asset trackers, campaign calendars, and internal documentation.
- Coordinate post-campaign recap reports using social, broadcast, event, and other partnership performance metrics.
- Support budget tracking, invoicing, revenue reconciliation, and forecasting activities.
- Maintain accurate partnership records and internal reporting tools to ensure campaigns remain organized and on track.
- Assist with category research, partnership planning, and other departmental projects that support the growth and success of the Partnerships team.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Team Operations, as required to support partner programs and campaign execution.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of partnership, marketing, communications, esports, sports, entertainment, or related experience.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma; preferably in a sports and/or marketing-related field is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable building reports and presenting to Senior Leadership.
- Ability to perform at a fast pace and multi-task with ability to prioritize projects.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude that exemplifies the core values of OAM.
- Available to work evenings, weekends as required.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint with ability to learn other software/programs as needed.
Skills
- Strategic knowledge of current social media tools including X, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and paid social tactics.
