Responsibilities
- Style clients with crowns, hair adornments, and jewelry
- Create a luxurious and enchanted shopping experience
- Offer intuitive styling guidance with kindness and confidence
- Celebrate every customer as if they are royalty
- Maintain the beauty and atmosphere of the boutique
- Assist with visual displays and seasonal collections
- Occasionally assist during private events, photoshoots, and gatherings
Requirements
- Elegant, charismatic, and deeply people-oriented
- Passionate about fashion, beauty, ritual, and adornment
- A natural storyteller with a touch of whimsy
- Experienced in retail, styling, hospitality, or performance arts (preferred but not required)
- Comfortable helping clients feel confident and seen
- Someone who believes jewelry is more than decoration, it is transformation
