About the Role
This role supports the VP of Insights & Analytics by contributing to data analysis and presentation efforts, and handling administrative tasks. The position offers high visibility and impact across the company, with opportunities to interpret and present sales data.
Responsibilities
- Assist in project management for the group and collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Calendar/appointment management as well as virtual and in-person event coordination and meeting attendance.
- Coordinate and manage the monthly sales analysis newsletter, including gathering content, formatting, and distribution.
- Conduct research, pull and organize data from various sources to support the analysis functions of the team.
- Create and design PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
- File and maintain travel and entertainment (T&E) expense reports.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills
- Experience with data analysis tools and software is a plus
- Prior work in a publishing or other media-related business
- Familiarity with or strong interest in learning data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
