About the Role
Rosina Food Products is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Process Coordinator to support our Production Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys keeping operations organized, accurate, and running efficiently. You will play a key role in ensuring production documentation is accurate, attendance and staffing information is maintained, production data is tracked, and operational records remain compliant with company standards, allowing Production Leadership to focus on food safety, quality, productivity, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Review production, quality, food safety, and operational documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor required production records throughout the shift to ensure documentation is completed on time.
- Notify Production Leadership of missing documentation, compliance concerns, or incomplete records.
- Track associate attendance, call-offs, vacations, staffing levels, and daily labor needs.
- Maintain production dashboards, compliance logs, and department records.
- Enter production, labor, downtime, and operational data into company systems.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Prepare shift turnover summaries and operational communications.
- Assist with training records, qualification documentation, and employee files.
- Support internal audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational reporting.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse, and People & Culture to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor SAGE X3 transactions and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree in Business, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production support, operations, administration, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify documentation gaps.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience working with manufacturing ERP systems is a plus.
- Food manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and leadership at all levels.
