About the Role

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator on a contract basis to manage the interview process, ensuring schedules are maintained, candidates are informed, and recruiters are supported. This high-volume role is ideal for individuals passionate about operational excellence and providing a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling end to end, across multiple roles and time zones simultaneously (75+ per week)
• Coordinate candidate travel and logistics where needed
• Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in Greenhouse and ModernLoop
• Serve as a warm, responsive point of contact for candidates throughout their experience
• Partner closely with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep the process moving
• Spot inefficiencies and propose process improvements
• Contribute to team projects that raise the bar on coordination quality and candidate experience

Requirements

• Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a recruiting support role with at least 1 year of experience
• A candidate-first mindset
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Has a strong sense of urgency
• Clear, warm written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative approach, plus the independence to move forward without constant hand-holding
