About the Role
The Leasing Consultant serves as the face of the property and the primary point of contact for guests, prospects, residents, and vendors. This role focuses on helping others find homes they love while meeting sales goals and fostering community through resident events.
Responsibilities
- Embody core values of customer care, teamwork, trust, family, and fun
- Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
- Explain details of apartment unit options and variations
- Provide exemplary customer service to current and prospective residents
- Greet visitors in a warm, professional, and welcoming manner
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the property
- Close sales of new apartment homes
- Prepare lease paperwork and manage move-in processes
- Enter information into the internal resident database
- Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic
- Perform administrative duties
- Respond to resident requests and resolve concerns
- Plan, facilitate, and participate in resident functions and activities
- Visit locators and local businesses to promote the property
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or in a fast-paced sales, restaurant, retail, or hospitality role
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Availability for full-time rotating weekday hours (Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM)
- Availability for required weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Availability for monthly after-hours resident events
