About the Role
The Legacy at Oak Hill Senior Living Community is seeking PRN Caregivers and Med Techs to provide compassionate care to residents under the supervision of the Assisted Living Director.
Responsibilities
- Supervise self-administered medication in compliance with Federal and State regulations.
- Provide compassionate care to residents.
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist residents with ambulation and transferring.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Measure and record height and weight.
- Calculate and record fluid intake and output.
- Monitor and report abnormal changes in body functioning to supervisors.
- Provide emotional and social support to residents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a caregiver.
- Previous experience as a med tech.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
