About the Role
Support the brand team in marketing campaign operations and omnichannel strategy execution through digital touchpoints, collaborating with global teams and leading local initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage omnichannel campaign operations, including developing campaign design processes and toolkits.
- Provide consultation to commercial stakeholders on leveraging marketing automation platforms for campaign planning.
- Coordinate omnichannel campaign execution between brand teams, agencies, and global service centers.
- Support brand teams in content tagging and KPI design for campaign performance measurement.
- Develop digital channel strategies aligned with global and local brand strategies.
- Provide guidance on omnichannel execution based on industry trends and case studies.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with commercial stakeholders for business discussions and training.
- Manage projects and services delivered by external partners and global support teams.
- Control budget, including forecasting and execution of team's OPEX.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) within a pharmaceutical company in Japan.
- Basic knowledge or certification of digital services, including marketing platform automation, data flow, and service integration with third-party vendors.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university.
- Japanese (native level) and English fluency are required for oral and written communication.
Skills
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Ability to achieve goals in a highly matrixed environment.
- High flexibility in dealing with uncertainty.
- Solid understanding of at least one CRM/digital marketing platform (e.g., Veeva, SFMC, CMS).
- Knowledge of omnichannel campaign journey design and operation, including tracking and performance evaluation.
- Proficiency in documentation and presentation.
- Experience facilitating conversations and driving decisions across cross-functional organizations.
- Strong consultative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and take ownership of multiple tasks independently.
