About the Role

The Marketing Manager, Consulting & Law will play a hands-on role in building and running marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue for GLG’s consulting & law client base. You will work closely with commercial teams and cross-functional partners to execute demand generation initiatives, manage segment-specific content, and contribute to a best-in-class marketing engine.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the consulting & law segments to inform and execute targeted marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email, webinars, events, and digital programs.
  • Support full-funnel marketing efforts from lead generation through SQL conversion, ensuring lead quality, proper handoff, and accurate attribution.
  • Assist in the build-out and execution of account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting high-priority consulting accounts.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on go-to-market planning for new product and feature launches.
  • Own the content calendar, developing and project-managing the production of case studies, thought leadership, webinars, and other assets.
  • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs and use performance data to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the Brand team on relevant thought leadership initiatives and with Expert Marketing to feature relevant experts in segment content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, ideally with exposure to professional services, consulting, law firms, or business information industries.
  • Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel demand generation and lifecycle marketing programs with measurable results.
  • Experience with two-sided marketplace businesses and/or the research, data, or business information industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of core mar-tech tools including marketing automation platforms, CRM, ABM tools, and analytics solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, results-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment.

Salary/Compensations

  • $70,500—$100,000 USD
