About the Role

Provide efficient HR Administrative support to Group Central Support functions and contribute to group HR projects. Oversee and monitor day-to-day HR operations, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness of HR service delivery for Group Central Support colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all HR queries.
  • Manage the HR mailbox.
  • Support daily HR operations and administration for Group Central Support colleagues and line managers.
  • Manage joiners, movers, and leavers processes.
  • Support recruitment activities.
  • Manage contract administration.
  • Liaise with payroll.
  • Ensure effective onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle and resolve colleague and line manager queries, escalating as appropriate.
  • Assist in continuously reviewing and implementing appropriate policies and processes for GCS colleagues.
  • Work with the Payroll and HR Systems team to maintain accurate HR records.
  • Ensure the HRIS system is up to date for data management and reporting.
  • Manage the central filing system for GCS colleague files, keeping records up to date and documents easily located.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a human resources role.
  • High levels of personal integrity.
  • Conscientious and able to focus on completing work to a consistently high standard.
  • Flexible and positive approach to work.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prompt others to ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • Adaptable to working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
