About the Role

Eversheds Sutherland is seeking a technically strong, experienced solicitor with ideally 6+ PQE to join their rapidly growing Structured Finance team in London. The role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of domestic and international structured finance matters within a collegiate and supportive international team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work on a wide range of structured finance matters within an international and national team environment.
  • Support more senior lawyers.
  • Supervise more junior lawyers.
  • Advise on public and private securitisations.
  • Advise on forward flow transactions.
  • Advise on internal securitisations.
  • Advise on loan portfolio sales and servicing.
  • Advise on receivables financing.
  • Advise on warehouse lending.
  • Advise on back-leverage / loan-on-loan transactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 PQE.
  • Strong track record in structured finance.
  • Willingness to generate and progress new client opportunities.
  • Experience in running deals and supporting with client/business development.
  • Interest and experience in coaching/supervising junior team members.
  • Demonstrated strong organisational skills, attention to detail and good interpersonal skills.
  • Seeking a role with strong opportunities/expectation for career advancement.
  • Positive attitude to working in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
