About the Role

As a Bartender at Rotunda Bar and Lounge, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional beverage experiences while creating a warm, engaging atmosphere. You will prepare and serve drinks to the highest standard, build relationships with guests, share product knowledge confidently, and contribute to the energy of the outlet. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages to a consistently high standard.
• Deliver personalized and engaging service to guests at the bar and throughout the lounge.
• Develop a strong understanding of the beverage menu and confidently make recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area at all times.
• Support stock management, requisitions, and bar preparation tasks.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests.
• Uphold Four Seasons standards of service, presentation, and professionalism.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of bartending experience, ideally within a luxury hotel, restaurant, or bar environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Professional presentation and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Right to Work in the UK.
