About the Role

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of produce for meal service, including cooking breakfast items, preparing vegetables, and making sandwiches.
• Clean kitchen equipment and areas according to schedules, demonstrating organizational skills.
• Adhere to statutory and Company Health and Safety Regulations.
• Ensure prompt and correct storage of dry and perishable goods after receipt and checking.
• Ensure the correct and safe storage of cleaning materials.
• Thoroughly clean all crockery, cutlery, and drinking vessels using the main kitchen dishwashing machine.
• Clean pots, pans, cooking utensils, and service counter containers to required standards and store them correctly after cleaning.

Requirements

• Ability to be organized.
• Must adhere to statutory and Company Health and Safety Regulations.
• Must ensure correct storage of dry and perishable goods.
• Must ensure correct and safe storage of cleaning materials.
