About the Role
Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Local Store Marketer (LSM) to build sales at the local level by establishing community relationships and increasing guest loyalty. This role involves networking and creativity to promote the brand.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Managing Partner and management team with the creation, development, and implementation of local store marketing programs.
- Promote all Texas Roadhouse in-house promotions.
- Build relationships with local businesses, hotels, and radio stations.
- Establish positive and ongoing business relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, and civic groups.
- Develop and execute charitable and community events to position Texas Roadhouse as a community leader.
- Assist in public relations efforts, including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events.
- Communicate frequently with the Managing Partner, management team, and employees about ongoing programs, plans, and results.
