About the Role
Mastercard Transfer Solution is a global payment service that allows financial institutions, fintechs, digital customers and other businesses to send domestic and cross border payments. This role oversees and executes the Send product strategy, manages the product roadmap, devises go-to-market and marketing strategy, and ensures delivery of new customer programs. This position will work closely with account and business development teams to convert market intelligence into new product ideas and innovations, and drive share and revenue growth for Send across use cases. The Director is a key member of the Transfer Solution team in the North America Region with critical remit to advance Disbursement & Remittance, one of the key new flows as part of Mastercard’s corporate strategy.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Send product strategy, roadmap, marketing and GTM in NAM.
- Drive P&L results.
- Leverage market intelligence and insights to evolve Send product, value prop and drive innovations.
- Develop and launch new use cases.
- Provide thought leadership on product positioning.
- Drive share and revenue growth.
- Devise and execute on marketing strategy with measurable results.
- Partner across organization to create bundles and synergy.
- Support key deal process.
- Product lead for key CAM segment.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience, preferably in payments.
- Experience in managing digital payments product, especially in fast payment.
- Strong strategic thinker, track record in developing innovative products or solutions with notable results.
- Creative and curious.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Understanding of financial drivers and partnership negotiation process.
