About the Role
As a Management of Change Coordinator, you will help drive our goals by managing the Management of Change process and facilitation, administering the electronic MOC system and database, and providing training and support to new facilitators and initiators.
Responsibilities
- Manage Management of Change process and facilitation.
- Electronic MOC system administration and database management.
- Training and support of new Management of Change facilitators and initiators.
- Approval and verification of drawings and P&IDs.
- Oversee project operational readiness for engineering – verification of deliverables, documentation & knowledge transfer.
- Ensure all necessary project handover documentation such as assets and spares lists, manuals, drawings & P&IDs, maintenance routines, compliance and training documentation, are generated and handed over to relevant departments upon project completion.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Process safety
- NEBOSH or IOSH accreditation
- At least 3 years of experience of working in manufacturing
- Chemical Safety Awareness / COSHH / Fire Safety Awareness / DSEAR / PUWER
