About the Role
TERREPOWER is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as Repair Specialist. If you are a dedicated individual interested in joining a growing company in the automotive parts industry, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities
- Review each product to determine the required repairs
- Ensure proper tools and materials are available to repair the product to an insurance quality standard
- Cut, trim, file, bend, or smooth parts to ensure proper standards are met
- Ensure quality control standards are met
- Adhere to assembly safety standards
- Work with team members to identify and develop improved methods of repair
- Comply with all safety standards and requirements to assure a safe and hazard-free warehouse environment with focus on injury prevention
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on repair experience is a plus
- Hands-on experience in Construction, Drywall, Painting, and Landscaping or a role requiring close attention to quality and detail
- Strong focus on quality – deeply care about the product and your work
- High degree of professional credibility, including responsiveness, team focus, and interest and ability to perform work in a safe environment
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours
- Lift and move totes up to 50 pounds
- Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head
- Able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation
- Able to access all areas of building without limitations
