About the Role
Support the Project Management team by bridging administrative operations, supply chain coordination, and data analytics. This role offers hands-on experience in project reporting, procurement, and energy technology while building data-driven dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate data to create regular progress reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Execute and monitor order placements within the Oskar system.
- Assist in maintaining and updating project registers (e.g., SmartSheets).
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (using Power BI or similar) to track KPIs, order status, and operational efficiency.
- Manage document exchange lists at the consortium level.
- Monitor internal and supplier submissions within document management systems.
- Systematically track open items from meetings.
- Handle the administration and follow-up of technical queries.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose effective, simple solutions to improve team operations.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an engineering degree program (Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar), at least from the 2nd semester onwards.
- Initial interest in or knowledge of energy technology or high-voltage technology.
- Supply-chain, sourcing & procurement experience is also an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Structured way of working.
- Very good English language skills.
- German is an advantage.
