About the Role
TERREPOWER is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Specialist. If you are a dedicated individual interested in joining a growing company in the automotive parts industry, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities
- Obtain products from Inventory and Inspection to fill orders and identify information and quantities.
- Prepare containers for shipment and pack items accordingly.
- Enter shipments into the computer system to generate a shipping ticket.
- Receive and unload incoming materials, comparing quantities to packing slips.
- Inspect for damage, compare items and quantities received against freight bills or records, and document discrepancies.
- Report damaged goods to supervisor.
- Enter goods received into computerized inventory system.
- Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
- Label, pack, and load items for shipment according to specifications.
- Pull/push pallets of various sizes and weights using a pallet jack to stage product for receiving or shipping.
- Perform overhead reaching and twisting to select and put away product from/to shelving.
- Ascend and descend a 25’ ladder carrying boxes weighing up to 20 lbs.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment, following safety regulations.
- Participate in period-end inventory counts, performing accurate counts and recording them clearly.

- General knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
- Ability to input data into computer system and create reports.
- Flexible, friendly and helpful disposition.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
- Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills.
- Other duties as assigned.
