About the Role
Ace & Tate is looking for a dedicated retail professional to join our Berlin Bergmannstraße team. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, providing expert style advice, and ensuring every customer finds the perfect eyewear.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming store atmosphere where customers feel seen and comfortable.
- Provide personalized style advice to help customers select suitable frames.
- Explain technical details regarding lenses, coatings, and fits to assist customer decision-making.
- Maintain product presentation by polishing lenses and adjusting frames.
- Guide customers through product options including upgrades and accessories.

Salary/Compensations

- Monthly bonus of up to 16% based on store targets
