About the Role

Join Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets – Office Investment Team in Berlin as a Senior Consultant. We are a global leader in commercial real estate services, committed to continuous improvement and investing in AI-driven systems. Responsibilities

  • Develop and evaluate investment strategies for various office asset classes, including financial viability analyses, cash flow models, and due diligence.
  • Manage complete acquisition and disposition processes, and prepare/present investment memorandums and business cases.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the German and European office markets.
  • Build, maintain, and expand a strong network with institutional investors, family offices, project developers, and asset managers.
  • Conduct client meetings, market briefings, and portfolio reviews, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for office investments.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to advance the office investment business.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, and coach and develop junior team members.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a comparable field.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in investment or transaction environments, preferably with a focus on office properties.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Well-established network within the market, particularly with investors, owners, asset, and investment managers.
  • Demonstrated success in the acquisition, analysis, and marketing of office properties.
  • Thorough understanding of office investment products, capital markets, and regulatory frameworks.
  • High customer orientation, teamwork skills, and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Interest and motivation to actively contribute to the development of our AI-driven systems, including data maintenance, prompt formulation, and verification of AI-generated results.
