About the Role

Invest in your future with BSNB! BSNB is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Deposit Operations Specialist to join our growing Customer Support team! Join a nationally recognized community bank and a capital region Best Place to Work!

Responsibilities

• Play a role in the operational support of mobile banking, online banking, and Bill Pay services.
• Act as Deposit Operations Subject Matter for all Deposit Operations Audit.
• Facilitate ACH transactions in accordance with BSNB and regulatory requirements.
• Identify potentially fraudulent activity to protect customer accounts.
• Work independently to meet daily timelines, while also supporting department goals in meeting customer needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of three to five years' prior operational banking experience required.
• Demonstrated experience identifying and reporting fraud.
• Minimum of three to five years' prior customer service experience required.
